- Monitor patients' progress, reporting changes and updates to supervisors and physicians, ensuring timely and effective care.

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, submitting reports as required by our organization and regulatory bodies.
- Participate in care coordination activities, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patients' rights and dignity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions and obtaining continuing education as required by our organization.
- Meet the necessary education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology, granted by ASHA.
- Hold a current and unrestricted license, as well as current CPR certification.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, working effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

- Hold a minimum of six months of experience as a speech therapist or speech-language pathologist.
- Home health experience is highly desirable.
- Hold a current and unrestricted license.
