About the Role

As a Route Sales Representative at Frito-Lay North America, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive portfolio of products to local stores. This role requires driving a Frito-Lay truck to various locations, unloading orders, and partnering with store managers to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Learn the basics of the role through dedicated training with our team members
* Run routes for team members, gaining experience in different stores and meeting new customers
* Grow sales on the route by building relationships, creating displays, and completing national initiatives
* Attain a consistent schedule with set days off

Requirements:

* Be 21 years of age or older
* Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state
