Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to meet specific patient needs.
  • Deliver effective therapy services to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities with independence.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Meticulously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on strategies and exercises to support recovery and enhance daily functioning.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Washington State.
  • Previous experience in an outpatient or clinical setting is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
