Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards
- Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
- Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
- Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
- Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
- Ability to work on a team
- $20.50-$26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion

Our services include naturalistic therapy (Early Start Denver Model), speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health services, and diagnostic services, all designed to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to care. We ensure continuity of care from diagnosis through therapy, fostering a seamless experience for families. Our clinicians collaborate closely with families to develop individualized therapy plans, setting ambitious goals that empower children to reach their full potential.
