About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with patients and families to reach individualized goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities
  • Work with patients and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct support and guidance to patients and families in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with a care team to ensure client progress and technician support
  • Help patients and families reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Experience working with children in any capacity
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks
  • Reliable transportation to commute in dual environments (home or local center if applicable) within the Gilbert, AZ, service area
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. routinely
