Key Responsibilities

  • Test Case Development
    • Collaborate with development teams to create test cases that meet business requirements.
    • Develop and maintain test cases to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance Processes
    • Adhere to established quality assurance processes and standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance best practices are followed.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate test results and defects to development teams in a clear and concise manner.
    • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Entry-level to 4 years of experience in software quality assurance or customer support.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    • Familiarity with various testing techniques and tools.
