JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires an Associate Degree or equivalent Military Radiologic Technologist training. Current American Registry of Radiologic Technology/ARRT and state license are also required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with physicians and other departments to coordinate the needs of patients and their families.
- Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Supports the mission and vision of the facility, division and company.
- Ensures quality care through the initiation and evaluation of patient care utilizing performance improvement process.
- Assists the Director of Oncology in managing operations.
- Responsible for the monthly schedule for employees, assists in Kronos documentation and Lawson documentation.
- Leads hiring new employees, creating annual budgets and in coaching and corrective actions, as well as performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need
- $65,000 - $85,000 per year
