Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Spend ample time on the road visiting mills and other local industry opportunities to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive growth and revenue.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping team to meet customer requirements and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial pipe valves and fittings industry.
    • Strong understanding of industrial products and applications.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
