- Utilize findings to inform product strategy and development roadmap.
- Strategic Product Development:
- Formulate a product strategy that aligns with corporate objectives, encompassing product vision, target demographics, positioning, and differentiation.
- Roadmap Creation:
- Design a product roadmap detailing essential milestones, features, and enhancements planned for the product lifecycle. This roadmap will guide the development team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to establish product requirements and specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive business cases, including revenue projections, market potential, and ROI analysis.
- Oversee the product development process from ideation to market launch, ensuring timely delivery of superior products.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Engage with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to collect and prioritize product requirements, translating user needs into actionable specifications.
- Competitive Landscape Assessment:
- Evaluate competitor products and strategies to uncover strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, informing product decisions and differentiation tactics.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with various teams, such as design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive efforts throughout the product development cycle.
- Feature Prioritization:
- Assess and prioritize product features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and resource availability, making informed trade-offs to enhance product success.
- Market Launch Strategy:
- Craft go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including messaging, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
- Work alongside marketing and sales teams to foster awareness, generate demand, and support sales activities.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success.
- Continuously monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in product management within the laundry sector.
- Strong grasp of laundry products, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
