Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse with our agency, you will have the incredible opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of beloved residents, providing them with the highest quality of care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of medical care for 4-6 individuals per home during your shift.
  • Ensure physician orders, medications, and treatments are carried out.
  • Perform general health monitoring.
  • Travel between homes as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
  • Current license as an RN in the Commonwealth of PA.
  • One year of experience as an RN preferred.
  • Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
  • A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
  • CPR/BLS Certified.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency.
