Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse with our agency, you will have the incredible opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of beloved residents, providing them with the highest quality of care and support.
Responsibilities- Provide oversight of medical care for 4-6 individuals per home during your shift.
- Ensure physician orders, medications, and treatments are carried out.
- Perform general health monitoring.
- Travel between homes as needed.
- Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current license as an RN in the Commonwealth of PA.
- One year of experience as an RN preferred.
- Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
- A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
- CPR/BLS Certified.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency.
- Days, evenings, nights, and weekends available.
- Dedicated Office staff & 24-hour On-call Service.
- Positive Work Environment.
