Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter property tax information, including property tax IDs, amounts, and delinquent taxes, into our database with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on commercial real estate to support our business operations.
  • Database Management: Manage our electronic client files, ensuring timely and accurate filing of documents.
  • Data Verification: Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Clerical Support: Provide daily support to departmental personnel as needed, including answering and routing phone calls.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Candidates without a bachelor's degree will not be considered.
  • Experience: 2 years of office experience is required.
Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and solid computer and keyboarding skills.
