Key Responsibilities
  • Support the month-end closing process, including preparing journal entries and reconciling balance sheets.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and manage the monthly and quarterly closing activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial packets for senior management review.
  • Engage with internal and external auditors, facilitating the generation of audit reports.
  • Execute essential accounting functions such as month-end closings, financial statement preparation, and fixed asset management.
  • Handle various state sales and use tax preparations.
  • Conduct and review monthly account reconciliations, including variance analysis.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
  • Lead the reconciliation of intercompany foreign accounts.
  • Assist in creating monthly entries for international book closures.
  • Collaborate with tax teams for the preparation of tax returns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and business communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
