Job Summary: ECS Limited is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Dahlgren, VA. As a member of our financial team, you will support one of the Sea-Based Weapons System Program Offices within the Missile Defense Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare funding documents using the DAI Finance & Accounting System.
  • Maintain accounting logs and reconcile DAI/1002 status.
  • Conduct financial execution record keeping and analysis.
  • Generate financial reports and reconcile unliquidated obligations.
  • Resolve unmatched disbursements and build DAR-Q reports.
  • Conduct year-end close out of expiring funds and resolve DAI/PRIDE system errors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Either have or be able to obtain a DoD secret clearance.
  • Associate's Degree required.

  • Ability to learn complex tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
