We are looking for Mobile Acute Care Practitioners to enhance our dedicated team serving diverse communities. Our professionals conduct thorough health evaluations, diagnose, treat, and manage outcomes for patients across various age groups, either in their homes or at their preferred locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth health evaluations and manage complex medical conditions.
- Administer therapeutic procedures including splinting, suturing, wound management, and minor surgical interventions.
- Provide education to patients and their families on managing acute health issues and promoting wellness.
- Comply with clinical protocols, safety standards, and performance benchmarks.
- Champion patient-centered care and uphold ethical practices in all situations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in relevant fields is required, along with graduation from an accredited educational institution. Candidates must possess a current unrestricted state license and board certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and prescriptive authority are also essential. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is crucial.
