**Salary & Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of $25,000 per year, with weekly pay and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance after one month of employment. You'll also enjoy student loan repayment, a 401(k) match, and other perks that make Trilogy a great place to work.

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities as an RCA will include:

  • Providing general non-certified routine services to residents, including housekeeping, laundry, and meal service
  • Assisting with activities, such as transporting residents to and from dining rooms and ensuring great dining experiences
  • Responding to resident call lights promptly and checking on those who need assistance
**Requirements**

To succeed as an RCA, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow
