Position Overview: As a Bartender at Rotolos Beach Pizza Management, you will deliver exceptional and friendly service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Your primary goal is to create an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome and engage with guests, making them feel at home and attended to.
  • Communicate daily specials and any updates to the menu.
  • Offer personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences.
  • Provide detailed information regarding food and beverage options, as well as restaurant services.
  • Process food and drink orders through our point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate transmission to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly to enhance the dining experience.
  • Complete side duties at the beginning and end of each shift as assigned.
  • Keep service areas clean and organized.
  • Observe and assess guests' satisfaction, responding to requests with promptness and courtesy.
  • Prepare and present the final bill, handling payments and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes.
  • Verify guests' identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
  • Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Assist servers and support team members as required.
  • Help with cleaning and resetting tables when necessary.
  • Express gratitude to guests for their patronage and encourage their return.
  • Be flexible and ready to assist in various roles to maintain smooth restaurant operations as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Strong knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of our guests.
  • Familiarity with service standards and procedures.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Able to lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
