As a bartender it is your job to pour beer or craft cocktails in a timely manner. You should have a thorough understanding of the menu and abc laws. Bartenders are often asked to assist manager in the pantry window.
Bartenders and servers are on tip pool. Tip pool ranges from $15-$20 an hour.
Anyone hired as a bartender is expected to also train as a server and work serving shifts here or there.
The cocktail list changes twice annually. All cocktail lists are created by staff and management. Creative and delicious cocktails are always taken into consideration for the lists.
