Reporting:

Assist the Director in preparing necessary reports, including monthly and expense reports.

Tracking and Promotion:

Maintain a tracking system for services and programs offered, and promote the agency and center through outreach and community events.

Communication:

Prepare promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and bulletin boards to keep members informed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional Office Management Skills.
  • Experience with Older Adults is preferred.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Organizational Skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
