Community Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care and assisting the nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide basic physical assistance to patients, including helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, and report any concerns to the nursing staff.
- Assist patients with feeding and serving meals, and help with mealtime activities.
- Help patients move between wheelchairs, seats, and beds, and turn and reposition patients as needed.
- Maintain patients' hygiene and changed bedding, and clean and disinfect patient areas.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certificate and license as a CNA in the state of California required.
- Active BLS through the American Heart Association required.
- Active CPR Certification required.
- Must comply with Vaccination for COVID-19 adherence to California DOH Policy.
