Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist at TheraTree, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective therapeutic plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans for children with behavioral challenges
  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify areas of need
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services, including Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certification or eligibility for certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience working with children with behavioral challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
