TheraTree, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in providing therapeutic services to children in outpatient, telehealth, school, and home health settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform skilled therapeutic services as directed by supervising Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst.
- Contribute observations and information to plans of care for ABA Therapy.
- Maintain all necessary client documentation, confidentiality, and personal medical records for the Employer to comply with state regulations, service contracts, and confidentiality.
- Administer standardized assessments that identify deficits related to behavior and submit information to the supervisor for interpretation.
- Celebrate patient success and educate the public on the benefits and scope of practice of therapy.
- Efficiency and effectiveness in time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a physically active environment.
- Registration obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or commitment to obtain registration upon hire.
- CPR & First Aid certification.
- Pass background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
