CAREER OVERVIEW:
Rumble Boxing South Beach is on the lookout for exceptional fitness instructors to guide, teach, and inspire our clients. Our signature 45-minute sessions offer a comprehensive workout centered around our innovative water-filled boxing bags.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:

  • Customer Engagement: Instructors at Rumble possess a vibrant and enjoyable energy, fostering and nurturing relationships with clients.
  • Inspirational Skills: To ensure client retention, instructors must keep participants motivated and engaged throughout the session.
  • Physical Endurance: Instructors are required to maintain a high level of physical fitness, actively participating in classes and demonstrating exercises as needed.
  • Adaptive Problem-Solving: Instructors must offer modifications and advancements for clients with varying skill levels.
  • Effective Communication: Instructors should convey exercise instructions and movements clearly and motivatingly.
  • Active Listening: Instructors must be adept at assessing the atmosphere and responding accordingly.
  • Time Management: Instructors should efficiently deliver a diverse workout while focusing on both boxing and strength training simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Providing the Rumble experience by executing structured and designed boxing workouts, including bag combinations and strength training circuits.
  • Infusing your energy and delivery with curated Rumble Music throughout the session.
  • Observing client performance and correcting techniques to enhance safety and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred: Completion of coursework or certifications in personal training and/or group fitness.
  • Preferred: Experience in boxing.
  • Preferred: Relevant training certifications.
  • Required: A minimum of 6 months of experience in group fitness or personal training.
