As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role involves working as part of a team to achieve sales goals, providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers, and operating a cash register accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

This role requires a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining store appearance, including restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions. You should also have basic math skills and be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly wage for this position is $15.50-$23.00 per hour, based on location and experience. Benefits include competitive pay, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive health insurance. Additional benefits include paid time off, parental leave, and education assistance programs.
