Job Description

We are seeking a Full-time, experienced Community Liaison for our Fairfax / Arlington, VA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our House call and Hospice services in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the potential of our service area to identify target markets.
  • Visit healthcare facilities, such as doctor offices, hospitals, and assisted living facilities, to present our credentials and obtain patient referrals.
  • Analyze our organization's strengths and weaknesses.
  • Review past and current marketing data.
  • Develop sales and marketing objectives and projections.
  • Implement a marketing plan, staying within established timelines.
  • Review and evaluate our analyses and plan on a regular basis.
  • Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
  • Assist office staff as needed with updates and other tasks.
  • Provide community outreach and education.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work, interacting with health agencies and professionals.
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
