Position Summary:
Glow Networks is in search of a seasoned AI Business Analyst to evaluate and draft comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD) aimed at assisting the development of a centralized Enterprise AI Risk Management System. This system is designed to fulfill both regulatory and internal governance standards concerning AI. Key components of the system will encompass AI inventory oversight, risk management throughout the AI lifecycle—including initiation, development, validation, deployment, monitoring, change management, and retirement. This platform will serve as the governance backbone for ensuring ethical AI development and utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions by effectively utilizing existing resources, including platforms, systems, and subject matter experts (SMEs), while minimizing redundancy.
- Lead and coordinate individual work streams related to Responsible AI development and utilization globally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that regulatory and internal governance requirements are clearly communicated, aligned, and documented.
- Ensure that system functionalities—including GUI design and governance logic flows such as request submission, review, approval, post-launch monitoring, and issue escalation—are accurately represented in the BRD; work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct testing during and after system development to verify that functionalities are well-integrated and operate as intended; document all test results, critical stakeholder decisions, and their rationale.
- Timely communicate any bugs or potential design/scalability issues identified during development and testing phases to relevant stakeholders, assisting engineers and product managers in resolving these issues promptly.
- Proactively manage the project and play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree (bachelor's or master's) in a relevant field such as business, management, or information systems.
- Extensive experience as a technical writer with a proven history in large-scale system development.
- Strong understanding of machine learning features/data and AI/model lifecycle risk management.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and regulatory changes, translating them into actionable strategies for clients.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively present business objectives, challenges, findings, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and ownership mindset, delivering high-quality results independently and within a team setting.
- A motivated learner with the ability to research, understand, and apply advanced technical and non-technical skills related to AI/models.
- Capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective engagement.
