Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools Order Entry and Invoicing
  • Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits of company policy
  • Create and maintain records of client interactions, accounts, and file documents
  • Comply with current communication policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to learn QuickBooks
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to client needs
  • Knowledge of Air Filtration products and services is preferred
  • Knowledge of using phone systems
  • A good understanding of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • At least 2 years of previous experience as a sales representative is preferred
