In this role, you will support the market's service areas and work with operational leaders to understand service delivery needs, gaps, and drive long-range strategy. You will analyze and interpret market data to develop and implement plans to address complex research questions and test hypotheses. Additionally, you will facilitate process improvement efforts by ensuring the implementation of updated processes and identifying opportunities to adapt processes to improve return on investment (ROI), operations, service quality, and results.
Key Responsibilities- Promote learning in others by providing information, resources, advice, and expertise to coworkers and members.
- Build relationships with cross-functional/external stakeholders and customers.
- Develop and execute business strategy by developing strategic proposals based on business case and advanced knowledge of healthcare marketplace.
- Analyze and interpret market data to develop and implement plans to address complex research questions and test hypotheses.
- Facilitate process improvement efforts by ensuring the implementation of updated processes and identifying opportunities to adapt processes to improve return on investment (ROI), operations, service quality, and results.
- Effectively manage projects and programs by assembling project proposals, ensuring progress on project deliverables, and executing project plans.
- Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy by developing strategic proposals based on business case and advanced knowledge of healthcare marketplace.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, strategy development and/or execution, or a directly related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health Economics, Finance, or related field AND minimum four (4) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or directly related field OR minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in healthcare delivery, case management, or Medicaid.
- One (1) year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
