Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall operations of a Love's Travel Stop location, including store, restaurant, and tire care concepts.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and control expenses, manage budgets, and analyze financial performance to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management, with a proven track record of success.
- 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million+.
- 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Intermediate level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
