Job Overview

At SB Thomas & Associates, we are seeking a skilled Property Evaluation Specialist to join our team. As an Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting on-site evaluations and property condition assessments using mobile inspection software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property condition assessments and evaluations
  • Provide photographic documentation and identify building components' condition and deficiencies
  • Complete property condition assessment reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering preferred
  • Certifications such as Registered Architect or Professional Engineer a plus
  • Valid driver's license and passport for international travel
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
