We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed/Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our Sports Medicine Team at H2 Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing expert care and guidance to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

As a Certified Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for assessing and treating injuries, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and educating patients on proper injury prevention and management techniques. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat injuries and develop rehabilitation plans
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on injury prevention and management techniques
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Athletic Trainer program
  • Eligible or active state license as an Athletic Trainer and current certification by the Board of Certification (BOC)
  • Prior experience as an Athletic Trainer is preferred, but newly licensed Athletic Trainers will be considered
