Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed/Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our Sports Medicine Team at H2 Health. This full-time position will be based in Mayfield, KY, and will involve working with our team to provide top-notch care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide athletic training services to patients, including injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in athletic training and sports medicine.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Athletic Trainer program.
  • Prior experience as an Athletic Trainer is preferred, but newly licensed Athletic Trainers will be considered.
  • Eligible or active state license as an Athletic Trainer and current certification by the Board of Certification (BOC).
