Operations Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist customers with their insurance claims by taking the initial report of a claim for auto and home
* Check the status of a claim and provide updates to customers
* Answer questions about the claim process and provide guidance
* Resolve any issues or concerns and provide solutions
* Match the policyholder with a claims adjuster, who will determine the fault and the amount of settlement
* Provide information about the insurance products and services
* Assist with customer policy changes
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, or chat

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma/GED or 2 years' experience in a customer-facing virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
* Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
* Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting as required
* Outstanding interpersonal and strong computer navigation abilities
* Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
* Insurance experience a plus
* Bilingual a plus
