About the Role

Coughlin Automotive is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standards.


As an Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic, you will diagnose mechanical problems, explain options to customers, and make agreed-upon repairs. You will also provide regular maintenance services to keep vehicles in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical problems
  • Provide regular maintenance services
  • Explain technical information to customers

Requirements:

  • Automobile repair experience
  • Knowledge of methods, materials, and tools used in vehicle repair and maintenance

Work Schedule:


The work schedule is flexible, typically around 40 hours per week, but there is no cap on hours turned for flat rate techs. Service departments are closed on Sundays and only open until 6 pm during the week.
