About the Role:

The Assisted Living Director will be responsible for overseeing the Assisted Living department, including the management of care teams, programming, and staffing. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care and services, meeting or exceeding resident and family expectations.
  • Lead and manage the Assisted Living department, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with community healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal resident outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) or similar setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of success in supervising care teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Possession of a higher education degree or certification in healthcare administration, gerontology, social work, or nursing is preferred.
