- Live and promote Windsor values in everything you do, and foster a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates.
- Effective communication skills in both group settings and one-on-one.
