Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
  • Build brand loyalty by providing an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.
  • Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into behaviors to drive business results.
  • Support the Store Manager in finding and retaining great talent, and develop a high-performing team of fashion-loving Assistant Managers and Stylists.
  • Organize and plan in detail to execute operations, create the Oasis for customers, and maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store in compliance with Windsor's Visual Guidelines.
  • Live and promote Windsor values in everything you do, and foster a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
  • Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates.
  • Effective communication skills in both group settings and one-on-one.
  • Flexible and reliable schedule.
