As a Clinical Dietitian PRN at Sarasota Memorial Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective workflow between clients and our programmatic team. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule nutritional assessments for our medically integrated programming, ensuring compliance with all nutrition standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, dietary needs, and lifestyle.
- Collaborate with our Wellness Coach to provide group and one-on-one wellness coaching sessions, focusing on nutritional expertise.
- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of dietetics experience.
- Licensed Dietitian within 6 months of hire date, or within 6 months after Registered Dietitian (RD) status obtained.
- Active membership in professional dietetic associations at a local and national level.
