Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with heart-related conditions.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with cardiologists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Conduct cardiac stress tests, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and other diagnostic procedures.
- Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, preventive measures, and the importance of medication adherence.
- Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Assist with cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other invasive procedures under the supervision of a cardiologist.
- 6 months experience in long-term care.
- DEA License.
- Nurse Practitioner or PA License.
- Experience in cardiology.
- Paid Time Off.
- Malpractice Insurance.
$90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year.
