We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans created by our supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide direct care to clients on a one-to-one basis in a center or home setting
- Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles consistently through all interactions with clients
- Collaborate with caregivers to provide training and support as needed
- Collect and record treatment data, providing feedback to the BCBA on treatment effectiveness
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and families
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Submit daily session notes and other documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (preferred)
- 40-hour RBT course training certificate (preferred)
- Medicaid provider ID (preferred)
- Reliable transportation, active driver's license with car insurance
- Ability to pass background check with fingerprint screening
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
