  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure exceptional service.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and success.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success, ensuring exceptional results in a dynamic environment.

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals
  • People-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual with ability to work in a team environment and multitask
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
