Role Summary: The Pipe Fitting Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the team responsible for the precise installation and welding of piping systems on designated vessels. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in pipe fitting and welding, demonstrate proficiency in reading technical drawings, and exhibit strong leadership capabilities.

Primary Duties:

  • Lead the team in the installation and welding of piping systems for assigned projects.
  • Interpret technical drawings to direct installation and welding operations.
  • Ensure compliance with welding standards and methodologies.
  • Maintain knowledge of marine industry practices and general construction guidelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and other supervisory personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee and evaluate the quality of work to ensure it aligns with company and industry benchmarks.
  • Prioritize quality, productivity, safety, and environmental considerations in all tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in pipe fitting and welding.
