About the Role

The Data Integration Lead Analyst is a critical position within Citigroup Inc., responsible for driving the successful execution of the Data Transformation Plan. This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate the day-to-day activities that support the adoption and enablement of the plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring seamless execution of activities and meetings.
  • Examine and evaluate project status, identifying potential risks and issues that require escalation or change, and proposing solutions to project leads.
  • Determine the appropriateness of presentation content and materials for Governance forums, guiding revisions and refinements as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, allocating and coordinating work within the team or project group.
  • Support the resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems and interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines, or processes.
  • Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, serving as a subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.
  • Conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives, including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance, and taxonomy.
  • Develop and articulate business requirements and map current and future state processes.
  • Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions, working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking or Finance, preferably.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Familiarity with data concepts.
  • Communicates effectively, develops, and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels.
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.
