Job Summary

As a Medical Telemetry Patient Flow LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition of patients across the acute care setting. Under the direction of a licensed provider, you will be responsible for serving as the admissions, discharges, and transfers (ADT) nurse for patients in accordance with established patient care standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completion of nursing admission assessments to ensure accurate and timely patient care
  • Facilitation of patient discharge activities to optimize patient throughput
  • Support of inter-unit patient transfers to facilitate throughput and bed availability
  • Provision of nursing care and support to patients and care teams
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program and successful passage of the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN)
  • Possession of a current Washington State license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Current healthcare provider BLS certification
