As a vital member of our team, you will provide comprehensive analysis to assist the Government in defining, developing, and documenting operational, maintenance, and logistical concepts. Your contributions will lead to the creation of prototypes, proofs of concept, modeling and simulations, system requirements, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, demonstrate, and train on both current and prototype intelligence systems in various environments.
- Contribute to technical studies and evaluations, offering recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the US SIGINT System, including SIGINT export issues and processing facilities.
- Foster strong working relationships with representatives from the Intelligence Community, including military services and vendors.
Core Duties:
- Support Mission Management activities and the implementation of collection-tasking strategies.
- Assist users during upgrades and installations of new collection systems.
- Engage in discussions with Target Office of Primary Interests (TOPIs) to promote accurate collection assessments.
- Respond to collection requirements from the Collection Strategies and Requirements Center.
- Review collection priorities submitted by the Analysis and Production organization.
- Provide informal training on current or prototype intelligence systems.
- Conduct discussions to ensure accurate collection assessments are shared among various stakeholders.
- Support the technical development of junior personnel in SIGINT analytical tradecraft.
- Compile and prepare drafts related to signal characteristics based on Government identification.
- Conduct all-source research to identify communications used by targets of interest.
- Provide collection summary reports and metrics through formal and informal communications.
- Maintain knowledge of site capabilities to identify and define collection challenges.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of twelve (12) years of professional experience in support of military or government cryptologic missions, specifically in language or signals analysis related to electromagnetic emissions.
