Job Summary:

As a Business Intelligence Manager at Johns Hopkins Health System, you will lead the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications, ensuring that they enhance clinical and business decision-making capabilities. You will manage a team of analysts and developers, facilitating business intelligence processes and procedures development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications
  • Manage a team of analysts and developers
  • Facilitate business intelligence processes and procedures development and implementation
  • Ensure that business intelligence applications enhance clinical and business decision-making capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree strongly preferred
  • EDW internal certification required within 6 months
  • Certification in a data analytic tool such as Tableau Software or Epic required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supervising financial/healthcare/educational/clinical data management
