Key Responsibilities- Execute corporate directive strategies as delegated by the Visual Lead
- Provide direction and help merchandise the selling floor placement, trend presentation with the Visual Manager and Sales Managers
- Demonstrate an understanding of how visual activities increase sales
- Ensure all visual initiatives align with the store and brand strategy by maintaining store signage, mannequins, furniture, artisan elements, floral displays, carpets, and other visual elements
- Complete tasks and follows direction of Visual Leads to build all merchandising and visual displays
- Maintain visual workroom and studio organization with a focus on safety
- Prior visual merchandising experience
- Experience with visual merchandising, the art of window displays, and product placement
- Demonstrate a natural passion for fashion and trends
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to carry up to 35 pounds
