Job Summary:
Williamson Health is seeking a skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Technician to join our team. As an Echocardiographer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality echocardiogram procedures in a compassionate and efficient manner.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a degree from an accredited program and a preference for two years of experience in echocardiography techniques. You will work closely with cardiologists during TEEs and cardioversions, utilizing your knowledge of anatomy and disease processes to accurately communicate patient pathology.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality studies consistently, following pre-determined standards and procedures for all echocardiography studies.
  • Communicate and follow through with fellow employees to ensure that all requests from physicians and patients are completed.
  • Volunteer for overtime and fill-in when needed.
  • Recognize abnormal studies and report appropriately.
  • Assist cardiologists during TEEs and cardioversions.

Requirements:
A degree from an accredited Echocardiography program and a preference for at least two years of work experience after graduation. Proficiency in performing TEE studies, stress echo studies, and use of contrast is also required.

Work Environment:
Our multimodality imaging department provides a safe and clean environment for our patients and staff. As an Echocardiographer, you will possess the ability to perform multifunctional tasks, including physically manipulating and operating equipment, assisting in the movement of patients, and communicating clearly both verbally and in writing.

Estimated Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
