Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services. As a key member of our Patient Care Services Team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
This full-time position is available at our DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, one of the nation's largest hospitals specializing in rehabilitation medicine and research. Our state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology enable us to provide comprehensive care, including spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, amputee, orthopedics, and catastrophic injury care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced healthcare professionals and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge. About the Role- Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals recovering from various medical conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, updating care plans as needed.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
This role offers a competitive salary range of $83,600 - $128,100 per annum, commensurate with experience.
