The Role

The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A is a pivotal position within the Finance team, concentrating on financial reporting, planning, and analysis.

Your insights and recommendations will guide leadership, assist in developing operational plans and financial forecasts, and evaluate performance against these benchmarks.

Here are some of the responsibilities you will undertake:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (40%) - Play a crucial role in forecasting, budgeting, and planning by supporting the corporate consolidation and reporting process.
  • Assist in developing and refining financial models, including driver-based long-range planning and three-statement modeling, to facilitate business decisions.
  • Support scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks, opportunities, and optimize investments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, G&A, People) to aid in headcount and compensation planning, driving efficiency.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking (30%) - Aid in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management, the Board of Directors, and Board Committees.
  • Help implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess company performance.
  • Assist in developing reporting mechanisms to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient information flow.
  • Contribute to preparing materials for business reviews, monthly/quarterly meetings, and other strategic initiatives.
  • System Management & Financial Close (30%) - Oversee the daily administration and configuration of FP&A systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support the monthly close process in collaboration with Accounting and Field FP&A, ensuring seamless reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into financial performance.
  • Enhance internal processes to support the organization's evolving needs and growth objectives.

Experience Required

4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar capacity.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial reporting for executive leadership.
Proficiency with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Cube, Anaplan, or similar financial planning and analysis software, with experience in their implementation and optimization.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment or familiarity with SaaS business models.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
