We are seeking highly skilled Psychiatrists to join our team at REAP Healthcare Agents. Our Psych / Behav Health group is well-established and growing, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer various compensation structures, including independent contractor arrangements as well as employee positions with benefits available after 32 hours/week.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Psychiatrists to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services in Southern California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert psychiatric care to patients in outpatient settings. With a focus on Interventional Psychiatry, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering evidence-based treatments and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in psychiatry, with either board certification or eligibility. Prior experience with TMS or Spravato is not required, as we provide comprehensive training for all new staff members. You must also be licensed in the state of California as a MD/DO and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
