Clinical Supervisor Professional

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding leadership position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular meetings with governing board members, department heads, and practitioners to discuss performance and progress.
  • Oversee and review practitioners' work procedures to ensure compliance with licensure and registration requirements.
  • Counsel, motivate, and discipline practitioners as needed, referring complex issues to upper management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Ensure practitioners adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Enhance operations by ensuring sufficient staffing and access to services.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Social Work.
  • Fully licensed as an LCSW.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • 5+ years of clinical work in an outpatient setting or higher level of care.
  • Proficient in supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.
  • Knowledgeable about applicable laws.
  • Strong people skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 per year.
